ACCOUNTANT – JOB VACANCY Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Trading & Real Estate About the Role We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage the complete accounting and financial records of a trading and real estate business. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting independently and maintaining accurate financial records from transaction entry through reporting. Key Responsibilities - Manage complete accounting operations for the company. - Record and maintain sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and bank transactions. - Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. - Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and financial records. - Reconcile bank, cash, and other accounts. - Maintain accounting records for trading and real estate activities. - Track rental income, tenant payments, deposits, expenses, and property-related transactions. - Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts. - Manage VAT records and assist with ZATCA/VAT compliance and filings. - Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for all transactions. - Coordinate with management, suppliers, customers, tenants, and banks when required. - Handle other accounting and financial tasks as assigned. Requirements - Previous experience as an Accountant in Saudi Arabia. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. - Experience with trading and/or real estate accounting is preferred. - Good knowledge of VAT and ZATCA requirements in Saudi Arabia. - Ability to manage accounting independently from day-to-day entries to financial reporting. - Good knowledge of Excel and accounting/ERP software. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Transferable Iqama / valid Saudi work status preferred. - Candidates currently residing in Riyadh are preferred.
