Company: Nawab Al Arabia Contracting Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia We are looking to hire a skilled Draftsman with strong expertise in 2D drafting and 3D rendering for construction and fit out projects. The ideal candidate should be able to produce accurate drawings, realistic models, and high quality renderings. Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed 2D drawings (plans, sections, elevations) using AutoCAD • Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar software • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams • Revise drawings based on client or consultant feedback • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project standards Requirements • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) • Experience with 3D modeling/rendering software • Minimum 2–3 years drafting experience in construction/interiors/MEP • Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil, or related field • Basic English communication; Arabic is an advantage Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • Visa and benefits as per Saudi Labor Law • Long term career growth opportunities
