Diabetic Meal Prep: Cook healthy, tasty, diabetic-friendly meals and snacks (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon drinks) focused on recovery with ingredients good for the heart. ​3. Patient Pacing: Patiently ensure she eats her food by serving small, frequent portions throughout the day, as she cannot eat all at once.
