HIRING – QHSE SUPERVISOR PART-TIME / TEMPORARY Arabian Dena Contracting Est. is looking for an experienced QHSE Supervisor to support our Oil & Gas operations and ensure readiness for upcoming client audits and compliance requirements. Position Details Job Title: QHSE Supervisor Employment Type: Part-Time / Temporary Contract Duration: 2 Months Experience Required: 5–7 Years Industry: Oil & Gas / Contracting Location: Saudi Arabia Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company's QHSE Management System and related documentation. Prepare and support the company for client audits, inspections, and compliance assessments. Review and update QHSE procedures, policies, manuals, forms, checklists, and records. Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi Aramco requirements and client QHSE expectations. Conduct internal QHSE audits and identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities. Prepare and follow up NCR, CAR, Corrective & Preventive Actions. Ensure proper control, filing, and availability of QHSE records for audits. Review Risk Assessments, JSA/JHA, Method Statements, and HSE documentation. Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and QHSE awareness activities. Maintain training, competency, inspection, and certification records. Coordinate with management and operational teams to close audit findings. Prepare audit reports, action plans, compliance reports, and QHSE documentation. Support management in achieving successful client audit approval/acceptance. Identify existing QHSE system gaps and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper document control and traceability of QHSE records. Candidate Requirements 5–7 years of relevant QHSE experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / Contracting. Strong experience in QHSE documentation and client audit preparation. Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. Experience with Saudi Aramco/client QHSE requirements is highly preferred. Experience in internal audits, NCR/CAR management, risk assessment, and HSE documentation. Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and complete the required audit preparation within the 2-month assignment. Candidates with previous Saudi Aramco audit / contractor compliance experience will be given preference.
