I am an IT Field Support & Desktop Support Specialist and BSc Information Technology graduate, currently based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. I have hands-on experience in IT support, desktop and hardware troubleshooting, network setup and troubleshooting, system deployment, software installation, printers, barcode scanners, POS systems, and EDC/payment terminals. I also have CCNA training covering networking, routing, switching, TCP/IP, and connectivity troubleshooting. My experience includes IT support and systems administration, technical customer support, website and technical support, database administration, and field operations. I am comfortable working in fast-paced environments, handling on-site technical issues, supporting users, and working across multiple locations. Languages: English (highly proficient), Arabic (very good), and Urdu (native).
