Minimum 15 years of experience in emergency response, fire and rescue, or industrial emergency management. Must hold relevant professional certifications in emergency response, incident command, fire safety, or related disciplines. Previous work experience in Jubail is mandatory. Must have a thorough understanding of Royal Commission for Jubail requirements, regulations, and emergency response standards. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience in managing emergency response teams within industrial, IWWTP, petrochemical, oil and gas environments is highly preferred.
