Key Responsibilities Assist the event team with daily on-site operational requirements. Deliver documents, materials, badges, and other items to exhibitors, partners, and team members. Assist with exhibitor and pavilion requirements during the event. Support the distribution and collection of marketing materials, brochures, and promotional items. Handle urgent on-site errands and logistical requests as required. Assist with setting up and organizing meeting areas, lounges, registration areas, and promotional spaces. Help ensure the Bahrain Pavilion remains organized, clean, and properly stocked. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for simple on-site requirements when requested. Assist with moving or arranging lightweight event materials and equipment. Help the team monitor supplies and report when items need to be replenished. Carry out other reasonable event-related tasks assigned by the Event Management Team. Requirements Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Comfortable working long hours and standing/walking for extended periods during the event. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment. Proactive attitude and willingness to assist with different tasks. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage. Must be physically fit enough to handle routine event-support activities. Must have the flexibility to work according to the event schedule.
