Earlier in my career, I led MEP execution, estimation, and cost control on healthcare, defense, commercial, and residential projects across Qatar and the UAE. I hold UPDA Grade "A" certification, Saudi Council of Engineers membership, and PMI's full portfolio-to-project credential set — PfMP, PgMP, PMP, and PMI-RMP — together with NCMA's CCCM commercial contracts credential. This combination of technical MEP depth, formal project and risk management training, and direct GCC site experience allows me to move confidently between strategic project direction and the technical detail required to keep complex, high-value developments on track.
